20 years later and I'm still trying to figure out Purple Rain...it's just that good! The synths, the drum machines, the other stuff! It's still the uuufuggin' bom diggity!!!!!
  I was grooving to it last night but still trying to figure out why it still sounds so fucking great. It's timeless! It's, like, totally Punk and New Wave, but very funky and soulful. No one makes records like these anymore.

There's this one unreleased Prince track that has that Purple Rain sound. It doesn't have a title but it sounds similar to Computer Blue.
