Get Sign O' The Fucking Times off of this funky island. I honestly do not know why all ya'll orgers like this album so much. Reading spectacular reviews about it on this site, I decided to buy it, and it was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! The whole first disc absolutely sucks big time, and the second disc isn't far from mediocre. This album does not, I repeat, DOES NOT deserve to be crowned Prince's greatest album. The album is also very, and I mean, VERY overrated, like it was some timeless masterpiece, or even a work of art. Why are you all praising this when Around The World In A Day was quick to get the boot? That is, by far, his most underrated album, and a true masterpiece, unlike Sign O' The Times. Around The World... was truly Prince's White Album, and nothing short. But with Sign O' The Times, you have a bunch of mediocre, useless songs filling up space. The production values, also, completely suck and there is so much unnecessary B.S. within the Sign. So, if any of you really do have taste, vote off Sign O' The Times once and for all! | |
