1000 Hugs and Kisses There is an outtake from the Emancipation period called 1000 Hugs and Kisses. Anyone else think that this song should have made the album or been released on another album? I think this song is great. A personal fav.

It was going to be on the album, as well as "She Gave Her Angels". When he previewed "Emancipation" to an interviewing journalist at some time in late 1996, those two tracks were still part of it and all the 3CDs were still 60min long. I think it's something that the 2nd CD could have benefitted from, but then again... well there really was no need to include "The Plan" on the record.

"1000 Hugs And Kisses" is NOT from the Emancipation period. It was recorded around the time of Come, between the years 1993-1994, predating Emancipation by a good couple of years. . "You don't frighten us, English pig dogs. Go and boil your bottoms, sons of a silly person."

It is a very nice song. A lot better than a lot of songs that did get released, but honestly I wouldn't know which album would be a nice 'home' for it, so I can understand why it never had an official release.
