Prince's latest line-up is awesome! Damn, I wish I could've seen them live.  However, I did get to see a potion of the action at Prince's afterparty. They were FRIGGIN' AWESOME!!!!!
Dude, JOHN BLACKWELL!!!!! He gets the most props in the band. He holds the beat down and never lets go. Plus he does all his own stunts on the drumset. He's incredible. Damn, I wish I could've seen the Musicology tour.  NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE. | |

the hottest band in the world 2day up there with RobertRandollf&theFamilyBand.
i think this is the hottest band prince has had. along with the 94-95 NPG line-up.... man listening 2 those Park shows & the glamSlam gigs.... awesome! but they relied on alot of loops & stuff from the album versions of songs..... the only songs i noticed that on with this new band is WhenDovesCry at the start of the song, & Kiss. Blackwell is wild! he kicked my ass on the tour last year & at his drum clinic in adelaide last year. i was front row,dead center.... & man he's incredible,how he'd play non-stop for 20-30 minutes is ....yeah u get the point.
