He almost always double underlined his name. Sometimes dotting the "i" with a star or heart. Very large and elaborate "P". Open loop in the lower case "r".

When I got his autograph at a sining in 94 it was

It''ll be on a check made out to some lawfirm, utility company, or salon (if he chooses to pay).

Other than that, don't expect to see his signature.

There are posters and tour programs that have his actual sig to compare it to. Most of the ones that pop up on ebay are fake. I'd be so bold to say that 95%-99% of the "auotgraphed" items on ebay are defenitely fake, I don't care what type of "Certificate Of Authenticity" they offer.

If it's not fake, show a pic of him signing it, before I believe ya!

For a 79-82 reference, look at the early signiture from the album cover.

For 83-87, use the signiture on the Parade cover as reference.

For 88, its "Love God, P, 88" nothing else.

For 89, its as 88 with the year change

For 1990, it was back to the 86 sig, with the star over the "i".

I don't have a signing for 91 or 92, so I can't say.

93 slighty more straightforward version of the 86. No underlining.

94 - A symbol

95 - A symbol.

96-2004. I don't have any sigs.
