That's Rosie Gaines.

Funny, I was just looking up this track yesterday in "The Vault". I've always kind of liked
it and felt that it would have been a nice replacement for "Jughead" on the D&P album.

It's only marginally better than Jughead imho. Not one of his best.
When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading.
