givin props where props is due u kno we always talk about princes 80's and 90's stuff...but i rarely see threads about the prince and 4 u albums...i was listenin to the prince album yesterday..and it was just u kno same ol same ol...until i got to with u and its gonna be lonely...i NEVER used to listen to those two songs...i heard them once the first time i heard the album and i guess i didn't like em ( stoopid me!) cuz i never listened to them again until yesterday...my god! those two songs r soo pretty! beautiful words beautiful melodys! dayummm! i kno alot of yall think prince peaked n his song writin in the 80's but i gotta say based on those 2 songs ALONE he peaked n the 70's 4 me. Yesterday is dead...tomorrow hasnt arrived yet....i have just ONE day...

'Sgonna be Lonely is my absolute faaaaavourite on Prince. Especially all those full-choir riffs on the fadeout. Ouch!  |
