New Funk Sample CDs

I hadn't thought about these for a long time until I rented "Rave Un2 The Year 2000." It contained the ad for the 7 CD set of the New Funk Samples. Anyone remember these? Anyone remember that they haven't been released? Anyone know why and if they ever will be? Thanks
