I don't hate any of the man's songs, but one I have to list isn't really HIS song but a cover. I didn't like the original and I don't like his, ESPECIALLY with friggin' Larry Graham doin' it with him! It was just painful ... and that would be EVERY DAY IS A WINDING ROAD!! puke | |

The worst prince song every is the Wedding Feast, hands down. Joke or no joke, the song is absolutely horrid. What makes the song even worse is that one of his best songs ever, "She Loves Me 4 Me" immediately follows it. There was never a need to include that song.
The sad truth, however, is that any song from Chaos & Disorder should be erased from our collective memory. I have never been a fan of the released version of "Kiss." When performed live, it is fantastic, but the studio version is stale. "Pussy Control" falls into this same category. | |

Alright, might as well join in on the loving/hating of songs that is going on..~
Here's my 2 cents:~ I happen to like Poom Poom, Baby Knows, and Goodbye!!~ I realllly don't like some songs that I will admit I haven't listened to all the way b/c they just sound too dumb/annoying (like Da da da from Emancipation, Arrogance, and some earlier stuff)~ I don't like the whole Rainbow Children album very much (with the exception of Last December)... I'm sorry, I really don't get it.. I think Prince went off the deep end w/that one... it just didn't showcase his awesome talent...~ Also I haven't listened to much of Chaos and Disorder except for the title track....~ My theory (which my b/f thinks is nuts) is to not listen to and know every single Prince song, that way when I go to the concerts, etc. I still can just jam to w/e he plays, and not have one big sing a long (which I did not drop 80 bucks for!)~ ~Karebear~
