After having this album for so many years, I'm suddenly feeling like I'm listening to it again for the first time. It's starting to become my favorite. I can't get over how friggin' awesome this album is! It's certainly not like I haven't listened to it enough, but I'm just now starting to appreciate it more than ever.

This is why Prince is one of my favorite artists - it's impossible for me to get sick of his music. If I do tire of something, I'll think it's his greatest stuff ever by the next year.

i was like that with Sign O The Times. i just found myself listening to it over and over and i didn't realize it til like a year later. now it's my fave album of all time.

By far his most concise and flowing tracklisting. Flawed and Flawless.

It is an ace album and I was having a Parade faze spring of this year,I seem to be listening to PR most at the moment after having almost a 2year break,so its right in what you are saying you can go back to listen to records even when you think you've played them to death. By the way do you like Under the Cherry Moon.

Yes. Everything about this era of Prince is absolutely fantastic. My enthusiam and zeal for him during this time...*although i was like 3 1/2?*...is uncontainable. I love Prince during Parade/UTCM and all that jazz.

When I first got this album I played 'Girls & Boys', 'Kiss', and 'Mountains' nonstop. Then I added 'Anotherloverholenyohead,' 'Do u lie' and 'Sometimes It Snows in April' to my favorites list. Since I was too lazy to program my stereo for all those songs I just put the entire CD on repeat. Listening to the whole disc over and over helped me appreciate its complete awesomeness as an album. It's definitely one of my top 5 Prince albums. Very awesome, I like any album I can listen to without skipping a song. But I still don't like 'Life Can Be So Nice'.

Parade is perhaps the most unique of all of Prince's albums. As with Lovesexy, I can't recall another album that sounds or feels like it does. It is ahead of its time.
