Crystal Ball online lyric shit, I mean, um...BOOK????

Hey, is that Crystal Ball online lyric book that Prince offered fans who ordered the set via NEWFUNK still available? I've taken a quick look, but don't see it up any longer. Which, frankly, doesn't surprise me. Does anyone know if there are any mirror sites set up or anything???
