Yey this is true, i just called an "ezydvd" store & they confirmed it.
I'm pre-ordering 2 copies & its a pretty good price $28.95 (AUS).
I asked if UTCM or GB is coming on dvd and they don't know anything about it. PR is on dvd now, got it at Target for $20.

Yer all in for a big dissappointment.

The SOTT movie wasn't released through Warner, so Prince made some quick deals on them. These re-relases are direct copies of VIDEO material. So it looks and sounds whack.

But HEY! If you want another Prince thang in your collection that you will play just once, go ahead!

The distributor is Stomp who have some great music titles but also some really poor quality ones...I guess it will be hit and miss...but as no other release has been sourced from remastered material I wouldn't hold my breath.

And besides, where the hell os PR SE 2 disc set, UTCM, & GB preorders???

From my understanding, It's the dutch release (Which is an improvement on the Brazil version, but not an official or feature packed edition, but claims to include Dolby 5.1 & DTS mastering which is better than a kick in the head). I'd get it simply because my official VHS copy has worn down to nothing from my constant playing.

and 2 answer Derek's question on PR SE, UTCM & GB, there is nothing listed at the moment for a release between now and October and beyond, but that could change. It looks for certain that it will be a delayed release from the US date (Like in the UK)
