It's a fun track, but I take it for what it seems - a quick toss-off track during sessions trying to get some funky stuff down.

I mean The Time is pretty much toss-off funk, so IMO this is just a neat little session of Prince coming upto his peak jerking off with Morris in the studio looking for a groove.

It's cool because of that, but this is no masterpiece, it's a jam is all.

It's freaking funking!

It's raw, jamming and directly recorded to tape. It's like listening to a studiorehearsel! It teaches you about he composes or try to get the most out of a musician ...

I agree it is a FUNKY tune & a good song, but a little difficult to digest for some reason...
