Today's (friday) edition of the New York Daily News displayed this headline on the backpage "PURPLE REIGN"
It was refering to the Minisota Viking football team's dominating Thanksgiving Day victory, but it was very cool to see nontheless. It showed me how well engrained Prince's "Purple Rain" is in american culture. It also tells me that people my age( people who grew up on Purple Rain and thus, Prince ) are running the show!!! I know this may not be considered newsworthy so , maybe we can take the opportunity to open some other interesting discussion or debate.
