O.K. I think it's Time we Cut Prince's wife some Slack. I will start by saying Manuela ya Never should have had any Disrespect. Manuela is Very ,Very Pretty first Off. Second if Prince Married her she's Cool. From this day on I say let's be Nice to her. Mayte is In The Past and She's Not Coming back. I'm Actually Happy for Prince if he's IN LOVE. Who Agrees?

I don't need to apologize about anything I've ever said about her as I have never said anything negative. Prince seems very happy with her and that's all that matters. Those that think she's ugly or funny looking should take a look in the mirror.

Having grown up a Prince and girl in Minnesota.... hiding my desire for his music from my parents for fear they would send me to a convent.....
I have seen such a difference in his music NOW than when he and Mayte were in their Honeymoon phase! Anyone else?

Maybe it is just me- but when an artist is HAPPY, I feel that that artist produces better art!
So- I give that credit to the fact that Mayte is gone and Mani is in!

Just ya'll wait until I am married to him! His music will blow yer mind! *giggle*

This is true. And I am sure that if P or Mani had to speak on those issues, they could say that too. Everybody makes mistakes. But by pointing out that all this happened before he became JW is an admission that what happened before was wrong and "now that he is JW" things are different/correct.
What I can't stand is people here saying that what happened was not wrong. It was. And becoming JW, morality is becoming a topic in interviews especially when talking about songs being played or not played at concerts. I just can't keep quiet when I here people trying to defend how things played out. You can't defend it. Just admit it was wrong and move on. Don't try to bash or name call the ex-wife while trying to mask the pretty bad thing that the new wife did to get what she wanted.

Now let me say this; It does appear that Prince is happy with his new wife/ lifestyle. I also love the "new" Prince and hope that things continue to go the way it is. Because the music is great, I love all the interviews etc. Maybe Mani and Prince just click better than Prince and his ex-wife.
But can you admit things could have and should have been handled differently?
