For the first time in years it feels like they are playing with passion and heart. I think Ned Yost is on the verge of turning the ship around. | |

He won in 1982 as a shortstop and then again in 1989 as a centerfielder. | |

AH! yes he did. the autograph was from 1982. my entire school went on a field trip to downtown milwaukee for the homecoming parade. even though they lost, we were all just appreciative that they went to the world series, y'know? the police initially were trying to hold everyone back from shaking the players hands when they were driving by in their cars... but that was futile. they finally gave up and people poured out into the streets and got as many autographs and shook as many hands as possible. twas a beautiful time. --gm-- i....feel.... cold as a razorblade, tight as a tourniquet, dry as a funeral drum...... | |
