Is the chick on the album covers in the videos as well? And her little dog, too? (was her name Manica Lightner? something like that...?)

I remember seeing two videos from their second album. The videos were "10" and "13".Tony M.,Damon, and Kirk appeared in these videos as dancers and it was all choreographed by Cat.Used to see these videos on "Video Soul" with Donnie Simpson back in the day.

Yeah, I still have those videos on vhs from Video Soul.

By the way, I still have the interview with Madhouse (Levi and Eric) and they referred to the girl on the cover as "Sam".
I am convinced Beyonce's career would not be where it is, if she had dark skin.

Damn! I really wish I could've seen those videos back in the day. But then again, I didn't even know who Madhouse was until 1996, or the fact that it was a Prince project. Maybe VH1 Classic can bring them back.

I still don't understand why there's no info on this woman, and yes I have looked it up,there's no mention of her in Possessed or D.M.S.R or anything,I'm assuming she has some importance in P's life,if she gets to be on all the covers.

I think I read about her in Uptown. Can't remember it though you may want to look in the Prince Forum. I think she was just a model.

There was an article/interview on her in Uptown magazine, from a couple of years ago.I'll dig around and find that issue.

According to what she said in that UPTOWN interview, she claimed to be the inspiration behind Prince's sartorial polka-dot phase.
