Why did you delete your post Fly?

I concur. That's why I can't let this story go. God does not like ugly. I take it you saw the video. Perhaps I'll repost it. Something MUST be done. If those two young people are not granted DNA tests, there is NO justice in this society. In fact, I think, if pursued, this could become a LANDMARK case.

I don't believe for one second those are Prince's kids. No way would any woman not stake her claim as the mother of Prince's only kids. Mayte's sure making a living off of it for two decades! I believe there was a question in Cat's mind but DNA tests back then proved otherwise.

Fly, please re-post what you deleted. . Let’s follow/continue with Fly’s point. One or maybe two children were denied DNA testing. That could be true and it could be true that they are (or at least one) is/are P’s child(ren).
Now as to why she would wait this long…. heck, maybe she didn’t even tell him the whole truth (if it is indeed true) for the longest time, if ever. . She knew him very well. We know of him by reputation only…. so I’m going to speculate. (And put my self in her shoes in the process.) . She realizes she is pregnant and then has to make a decision. It may not be right, but she may have decided at the beginning not to tell him. We have heard that Prince was very possessive and controlling, so just imagine the custody battle that would result. She wouldn’t have the resources to fight him. And she wouldn’t want to give up her child. I sure wouldn’t. I would rather give my child a nice middle class life than give up custody so he/she could have a life filled with riches. . Sometime it’s not about money. Just something to think about. IMHO. ~~DD55

It is called a trust or a settlement. Once one is signed no inheritence is coming.

Possible Prince Children and those that attack them
Goggle you will find it and can check out the screen shots.

Thanks, DD55!! This thing is so complex, with so many twists and turns, I stopped trying to figure out all the HOWs and WHYs. I just think the truth should be known, which is this: If many of us are correct and these two children are Prince's, then there HAS to be a way that the courts can permit DNA testing. After all, what is there to lose? If they are not his, the testing will reveal that.

I'm not so sure that is true. Could the adult children be legally bound by something the mother and father possibly signed? Also, if there is a trust fund, I think it is only for the first child. All indications are that the daughter is not covered...and, if true, that is a travesty. [Edited 11/12/17 14:48pm]

I say the kids need to go for it. Now I understand why Cat goes on her rants.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Well the now the time for filing is over. You also have to have the money and time to fight settlement. I think it is obvious the money is going to stop coming if you lauch a lawsuit.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Why do you think that they are still receiving money?
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
If there is a Trust then DNA testing was done years and years ago. No need to undergo any further testing.

Nothing about this situation is "obvious" to me, except how much those two young people look like P. It seems almost criminal to me that they would be denied the opportunity for genetic testing. I do, however, agree that, as I mentioned in a previous post, it would take a boatload of money to launch this court battle.

I would throw that trust out the window, and lay claim to the Estate...what would it hurt? The Estate is already such a mess. It could all be theirs.
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Not necessarily. If so, it might have only been for the oldest child.

Why do you think that they are still receiving money? I think it was mostly likely a trust that doled out payments and probably still Paying out depending on how it was set up. But hence the term “trust fund baby”. Depending, he could live comfortable for the rest of his life.

So if it was done years ago, that would be the reason they Really aren’t pressing, they know the result. I think they want she/cat Wants acknowledgment, more than money. I think she wants that closure. Naturally one would think if your were honorable enough to say This is my nephew then you would also say part of this is also yours. But she can’t risk putting the settlement or trust in jeopardy for Acknowledgment. I’m sure there was a NDA attached. A horrible Catch 22. And I don’t blame family for respecting the possible settlement. But they should allow her to say who the father is without repercussions. Imo

I don't see it, sorry. As far as looks, they kinda look like Cat, but no spitting image of Prince. Although of course they wouldn't necessarily look like him.

Once again, as far as the trust fund, assuming there IS one, I don't think it covers the daughter. If that is indeed the case, that is a problem. [Edited 11/13/17 4:14am]

Is there a photo of the boy that could be allegedly Cat + Prince's son?
I find that most people saying they look like Prince or are his kid, actually look like Andre Cymone, Morris Day or Jesse Johnson

OF4S,
I have not seen the picture however, people are also saying that the child looks much like P's mother. I find that to be more telling (if true). What are your thoughts on that point? Peace, ~~DD55

This was posted by Cat on her Facebook. I'm not sure of the year of the publication. The young man is Jordan Nelson (sometimes referred to as Jordan Twine). He is widely known as Capriccio Caesar. He has similar photos of himself on his social media.
