Great singer and a great album, I'm loving it – but Prince really needs to do something about mastering as it's just getting worse and worse. Way too hot and distorted.

this is a great album, but jeez, is it hurting my ears....way too loud. vinyl on the hi-fi would be very nice.

These are the type of songs I'd love to hear live. Prince should sponsor a tour with her opening for Liv, he wouldn't even be needed (because I wouldnt want his time being eaten into).

I agree, there's nothng wrong with it, its just not extarordinary in any way.

Similarities are certainly there, but they haven't made millioins like the Blurred Lines song did

Yeah thats exactly it, they went after Blurred lines because of how much it made, and will continue to make.

This has been given out for free so technically even if they had replayed the track outright, unless they make money off it the family wouldnt be able to sure.

Had thought though how they say its only up for download for a couple days, surely they cant think that its suitable to be released when its been given out for free and all over the internet? And Sony wouldnt allow that if they had planned to release it.

Couldnt be there is another version of the album and used this to drum up interest in her could it?

Maybe it's meant to represent the Big Bang. A fraction of a millisecond. Also, maybe I'm full of shit.

I guess it's a tribute to "There's A Riot Going On", another album with a title track that was just a few seconds of silence.

My guess with that would be that the track will become available with the album release. Besides if Prince released "Back In Time" like that, he would be releasing the same song twice because it sounds like "Segue #1" from Rave. LOL. But from the 1 second length, it's hard to tell if he used the same silence. Also interesting, is that, if this will be a full song to be released sometime soon, the album ends on the theme of time much like "AOA".

I agree. Yes, technically it should be here. But under the circumstances of this album appearing out of nowhere, it should be under Prince: Music & More for at least a week or 2, so every fan has a chance to discover this.

I think instead of saying 'haters' maybe you could've said super f'n critical or something I guess. lots of orgers are sensitive to the term 'haters', but I'm with you, sounds like a nice album, everyone's entitled to their opinions though, even if it is super f'n negative. I don't think there's really a bad track on here, they all sound pretty strong, but to play devil's advocate, I do see their super critical POV that there's nothing earth shattering here, but sometimes good music is just that... good music!
