Sons Of the Almighty - The great Tribulation CD = A forgotten NPG band gem http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/sonsofalmighty
Wow,this ones been fermenting in the purple box for 9 years, the cooker went ping and out she popped. This is a gem of a CD and it's really great to hear the 95' NPG kickin' it gospel style. Lots of great guitar work and needsless to say that the bass, drums and keyboards rock!. Oh, play this MF LOUDDDDD!. [Edited 1/19/10 8:10am]

Too new-age preachy for my tastes - though the musicianship is stellar. I'll take my Bible thumpin' from The Blind Boys of Alabama, Ray Charles and Aretha. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.
