The Revolutions first guitarist. If im not mistaken, hes in a scene in Purple Rain. Before Prince performs The Beautiful ones hes playing a song on stage. He sings and plays guitar. Does anyone know what this soing is called and if this song was actualy released or if i could get it somewhere? Thanks.

There's also a vinyl 12" of Modernaire with a couple of extra DJ remixes on it - I'm not sure of the legitimacy of that release, though.

Thanks for the info on the 12". I never did get the Retrospective. I thought about it because I love-love-love Dez' song "The Beat", but I couldn't justify the cost of the set for one song.
