I have 2 questions. The first is doesn't the whole assocation with prince bother you. I mean do you want to be known for the work you have done since leaving? The second is how do you balence motherhood with your work. i mean you don't exatly have a 9 to 5 job?

I already asked a question but here's another...
I heard from a reliable source that Eric Clapton came by once when the Revolution was still together. Did Prince play with him and how did that go off? I heard that prince likes to have 'fun' with guests. Do you have any other similar stories you can share?

"4 The Tears in Your Eyes" (the acoustic version) is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard and your backing vocals as well as Wendy's guitar really make the song special. It sometimes brings me to near tears. What imput did you two have in writing the song and in particular the transition from the We Are The World Album version to the acoustic version (which I believe was broadcast for Live Aid).
Lisa, I recently read a quote in which you said your wearing lingerie onstage during your early days with Prince was more of a "fuck-you" punk rock thing than merely a way to convey sex appeal. Do you think it came across to the audience that way? Also do you think your addition to Prince's band prior to Dirty Mind and what you contributed to that material reaffirmed the faith Prince and Dez Dickerson had in the previously abandoned The Rebels side project, which was very similar (and speaking of the Rebels, was that you in the K-funk interview track)? As far as your process with film scoring, do you two ever get a chance to see the dailies, read the script or even go on set and watch filming to spur how you will write the particular score or do you only see a rough cut of the project or the completed project before writing the songs or score? Does it dismay you to see so many major retail outlets for music close (Virgin Megastore, Tower Records, HMV, etc.) and leave outlets like Best Buy, which is mainly known for home electronics become the almost only major source for brick and mortar music retail? I wish you two the very best of success and happiness, and as a camera assistant/loader, I really hope to have the good fortune of working on a project the two of you score.

W&L: You're appearance on Tricky's "Angels with Dirty Faces" album for the song Time Slippin (bonus track that I ordered from Japan JUST for that song! LOL) has always been a bit curious to me. I'm guessing that was an odd experience and especially intriguing to me is how you'd never know you two were part of it! (where exactly ARE you on that track? ) Could you talk about that experience? He was a big Prince fan so I wondered if having you two AND Susan Rogers as the engineer was just him fulfilling a Princely fantasy. Did you get that impression or do you think he was legitimately wanting your talents to meld with his music?
Wendy: Was it a big step for you to be the lead singer when you and Lisa were no longer part of the Revolution? You sing the majority of the songs on your albums, with the exception of the recent one, and I wondered if that was a strange transition for you. You seem very comfortable being the front woman of the band, especially seeing you live (not since 1990 in Chicago... COME BACK!!). You definitely have that natural presence onstage at the front of the band, and you certainly rocked my world. So was that awkward at first or were you secretly aching for that during your years with P? Lisa: I'm guessing you must have been asked this at some point (probably more that once!) but is there ANY chance of getting an entire album of solo piano from you? The bonus disc on Eroica is absolutely gorgeous and i've fantasized about the bliss of an entire disc.

For both Wendy and Lisa:
Could you give any pointers, website recommendations or stock notes/riffs to someone who wants to learn the style of guitar and keyboard playing you favored in the '80s? I suspect that half of the "funk" tabs and videos I find online are made by people more into the Red Hot Chili Peppers than James Brown or Earth Wind & Fire.

First off, thank you both for the sharing the wonderful gifts you were both blessed with. What a joyous ride it's been for all these years.
My questions for both of you: When did you realize you had "made it"? What sparked that realization? What is your happiest memory? What song have you performed that has a special meaning to you, and what meaning does it hold for you? What brings you the greatest joy today? If you could do anything for a day, what would you love to do and why?

Lisa and Wendy: Since being in the music business and having children, are you both going to teach your children to learn music or are you going to let nature take its course and let the child decide? Smurf theme song-seriously how many fucking "La Las" can u fit into a dam song

The questions have been pored over and the best of the batch have been compiled and sent to Wendy & Lisa for their responses.
Now WE WAIT. Thanks to everyone who participated, and good luck to you all - hopefully, the Girl Bros. will finally answer that question you've been itching to have answered. Till then...
