Lisa, when did you stop smoking? I saw the "Automatic" video with you and Jill Jones tying and whipping Prince on a bed. The whole time you have a cigarette in your hand. At one point you're unbuttoning Prince's shirt and the smoke is all up in his face!!! To this day it's hard for me to think Prince would allow someone to smoke in his presence. Why did he let you? Was it all for the "image"?

Were you guys given copies of all the work you two did with Prince? Music, Videos, etc?

Can the unreleased material be released without your permission? Is that why he's holding off on the Roadhouse Garden project? He's waiting for your blessings?

so much fuss is made over their relationship to prince but what about their relationships with the other band members. the revolution, bobby, fink, mark.
what were those relationships like to each of you?

Congrats on having another song burning up the dance floor with the remixes of "Williams' Blood" by Grace Jones. The song is unusual for Jones because it draws on her family history. Can you talk a little about the process of writing this track? What was it like to work on such an intimate, autobiographical, work with another artist?

Hi Lisa and Wendy, sorry but I've got to go back.... I wondered, what did you think of 'God' when you first heard it? Both the instrumental and vocal.. were you blown away? The instrumental is sublime in my opinion and I absolutely LOVE the vocal, the recorded version, although not many people do! Most people find it scary or just plain weird. I just wondered what your reactions were, are there any stories connected with it? I know Prince recorded it alone and probably before you, Wendy, joined the Revolution... but maybe Lisa was around at that time. Thanks!

Oh, and I LOVED the 'Purple Rain Lady' story, that you mentioned on the 20th Anniversary Disc, that really added another dimension to listening to that song for me....

Your two latest studio albums have a much more "alternative rock" sound than the earlier albums. Those earlier albums were more funky, less rock. How has your musical tasty evolved in the years? Can we expect another funky album, since I prefer your funkier side (-;

Both of you were in Prince's band before his big break to a broader audience in 1984. Can you tell us about how you all experienced the process of going from a kind of underground status to being superstars. Did it change you on a personal level?

If you had never met or worked with Prince, would you have still gravitated towards him and his music and why?

What are your words of advice to fans who tend to analyze every intricate detail of Prince's songs, do they really require that or is his message much simpler? Did you ever find yourself trying to understand what he is was trying to convey in a song and find yourself having to just ask him? Did he explain by being even more oblique?
