i looove and idolize Wendy and Lisa. and Prince. for me they're not mutually exclusive. but I don't think Prince has released an interesting, cohesive album since The Rainbow Children, whose obtuse references and language kept it from being a great album. and the output leading up to TRC was pretty uneven, too.

i hope the buzz he's trying to build around his current studio work is true (" a return to Controversy"), but who knows if it will ever even be released???

I find it interesting that many of the people complaining about what L4OA & Graycap23 are doing, do the exact same thing when a new Prince CD comes out and they have the same reaction that L4OA has to it. Why is it ok to let the criticisms of Prince go by but it's not ok for W&L? Just cause his name's on the title of the site? Seems like a double standard to me, but that's just my opinion. Right or wrong, I still look forward to getting this CD as I'm interested in hearing more of what I heard, so I can add on even more to this discussion.

Not liking a Prince album is not the same thing as calling other forum members "tone deaf". I don't care if you like White Flags or think it sucks at the level of 1999 The New Master or TRC but it seems to me you are coming into this thread just to be mean spirited and cause conflict with people rather than simply to talk abut the music.

Perhaps you should spend some time thinking before you post and help improve the discussion that way instead of expecting others to be the thread police for you.

I think 1999 (The New Master) and TRC are a complete and utter mess of disappointing ideas. If someone else happens to like those records then good for them. I'm not going to insult them for liking that music.

Oh my god Wendy's first day chatting. Lisa is schooling her da twitter. Lisa need to school me next of how to work the twitter too!

I like Wendy and Lisa chatting they are funny as hell just like the old times when they did their interviews with each other.

So far Wendy said she is doing side projects such as working on album for Heather Reid and her band I assumed. She and Lisa currently have no plans of performing at Largo except to watch their friends perform. Lisa is also working on some episode doing some music scoring (Heroes?)>

The more I listen to this the more I like it. You & I...can't get enough of this one. Invisible is my other fave. But like others have said, the whole thing flows very seemlessly. Truly awesome album.
