What's the truth about Housequake?

I gather it got shut down because Prince threatened legal action because users were modifying pictures without permission that he provided.

Is it coming back ever?

What does Aaron Sikkink (owner of HQ) now think of Prince?

Have most Quakers moved to the org or have they given up on Fandom?

What relationship does the .org now hold with Prince? I gather they have given him some concessions in terms of not showing pics or links to boots?

On a tangent if there was no org, Prince would be just about invisible to me. Most every bit of info I get is from here.

I thought Housequake just thought "Fuck it, it's not worth the hassle" and shut of their own volition. I would've thought if they were forced to shut, there would have been more of a fight

Yes seems a shame...maybe some people here would be better off giving $77 to HQ or the Org for all the time spent on here and for the service we have!

Sorry for jacking the thread but does anyone know the outcome from when an image of Prince from the HQ site was used in the 21 Nights tour programme?

Perfect example of what I mean...the launching of that lotusfiaso.com. Had it not been for the Org and the people who hang around here, most of the folks who signed up on night one would still probably be in the dark about that whole "ticket sign in, clue on radio or tv" foolishness.

When he tours, it's this place that lets people know about tickets, where to meet up before the shows, where to go afterwards, etc.

when Prince was playing in Las Vegas, some quaker made this excellent pic out of 2 pics, but Prince got really mad, he was threatening Hq to delete it,

unbelievable, and I still don't understand it, why Prince had to treat Hq like that, if it was porn or something offensive, but this pic is just excellent.

Just delete this pic if the org is going to get trouble showing Prince & Elvis shaking hands...

edit: of course these 2 legends Prince and Elvis Presley never met in real life, this is photoshopped from 2 different pics from 2 different time periods, but still a great pic, right? It's like they are showing each other respect, reaching out for each other... too bad it caused trouble for Hq.com...

I did read somewhere, here or HQ that they provided HQ with images for Lotusflow3r or for the HQ banner and quakers kept photoshopping them and Prince's team were angry. Surely it needed something like that to trigger the final push to close?
