Dunlop Rotovibe - Help Required!

Hi everyone, I was considering buying a Dunlop Rotovibe but have a few questions for those in the know;

1. I have been reading reviews that claim that the rotovibe has both a chorus and vibrato modes- Is this all it has,

2. What Prince songs have the Rotovibe peddle in it,

3. Is it only generally used in solos?

4. I have the Dunlop cry baby, is it worth having the Rotovibe in my arsenal?

Thank you in advance for any reply’s!

yes. Stevie Ray used it throughout on songs like "Cold Shot" and "Thangs that I used To Do" off of "Couldn't Stand the Weather"

It's definitely a cool and useful pedal, but I'd only invest in one after you have all the basics (distortion/overdrive,delay,modulation, wah, decent pedalboard to keep it all in) covered. It's an effect you'll probably use on maybe two solos max per gig, so it's a lot of cash to shell out for 70 seconds of glory.
