no, they're comparing the clip now to the clip after it's released, and making the assumption that the 11-minute computer file is going to become "classic" (you know, like the zapruder film or something). it's hyperbole, basically. | |

I think the whole thing will be released in stores for a numebr of reasons:
1) Prince is riding fairly high at the moment and to miss an oppurtunity to milk that cow would be crazy 2) If they released that crappy ONA dvd then a whole Musicology show must be a dead cert 3) Surely that what all the bullshit about using NPGMC to measure future projects is all about - if the suckas pay $7.77 for 11 mins they know that the same peopel will pay whatever the full vid goes for in the stores | |
