i don't have an officially released audio version of "the question of u" from the musicology tour. it certainly hasn't been made available three or four times before. what track are you talking about?

Source:PP9 I had them running scared over at the club , they must have figured out my evil plan to constantly reply to my own thread until they made this track available, and as a result I only had to reply 3 times Or maybe they were going to make it available in the first place like they said they would. This is an awesome live version of Q of U, although I obviously haven't heard the exact one they're going to let us have yet, but it's supposed to be a mix of Q of U, The One and Falling (Alicia Keys) as performed on the Musicology Tour and the 2002 Xenophobia Celebration. I for one can't wait. Where r the 10 years ago promised "over 500 xperiences 2 choose from" ?!
I agree with you here, in principal, he must know that he could sell just about anything he wanted through the download store and wankers like me and you would lap it all up. I am still trying to fathom why he won't release more music, but at the end of the day it's his stuff to sell and if he don't want to, he don't have to. Some people are like Slinkies...

Is it just me or is the price a little steep for an 11 minute clip?. I figure that if you double the cost they're charging, you could darn near buy a complete concert DVD hard copy. I mean come on, a download for $7.77 for 11 minutes??? mmmmm... I don't know.... "You've got to believe in something... why not believe in me?"

Wow. $7 to $10 for an 11-minute video COMPUTER DOWNLOAD?!
That's fucking outrageously stupid and greedy of them. I can see their little piggy eyes gleaming from here...can't you? Here, piggy piggy piggy.... No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.

oh boy...here we go...this is where the complainin' starts
$8.00 is a little steep, for a 11 minute concert song. A 11 minute video clip, of one of Prince's most underrated songs... That I will probably buy. That's just the thing, it's my choice. If I thought it was too expensive, or ridiculous, I just wouldn't buy it That simple. Blue

Agreed. Well, except I also reserve the right to state my opinion on the price, even if I don't buy it. Which I'm definitely not, I mean shit. It looks just a step above the DVD I have for State College, and that was $20 for the whole shebang, on DVD. And no, I don't know where to get it. In fact, I forgot where *I* got it....gotta lay offa the herb I s'pose. But that pricing is really idiotic. Think about it this way: back in 1992, how much was the Gett Off video EP going for, retail? How many minutes are on that thing? (Someone help me out - it had to have been around $10, right? Less, wasn't it? And it's over 20 minutes for sure.) And again, we're talking about something concrete that you can play on your television or any television versus a computer file that you can play on your computer and only your computer. It's just insanely out of proportion to any kind of market standards for this kind of thing, his past downloads included. They were selling albums for the same price that they're selling 11 minutes of video for? Do they really think that Prince's albums are worth so little in comparison to his live performance? Whatever goombah's making the decisions over there (gotta be careful not to name names, natch) -- HEY, YOU! WAKE-A THA FUCK UPPA NOW!!! WASSAMATTAYOU??!! MAKE-A THA PIZZA PIE-A.... No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.
