SHUT THE F@$K UP MOANERS

Jeez all some people ever do is moan moan moan. Why can't you people ever be happy?

More music, cheaper prices, piano album, live trax, vault material, different formats, videos. DAYUUM!

We all know that Prince has screwed up (business wise) a fair few times. BUT the NPGMC seems to finally becoming something viable. They (he?) really seems to have listened to what fans want and has started giving that.

In any business venture you have to start small and grow. You don't give away all your best products in one go so there is nothing left to keep people coming back (just look at Microsoft products)

Let's give the guy a chance. The club this year is a 1000% better than before. We have plenty of material (yes some was available before - SO DON'T BUY IT AGAIN!). We are getting new material. The club is epxerimenting with pricing structures. I am sure they would welcome positive and constructive feedback as opposed to "Prince sucks" kinda rants.

If you don't think Prince listens to us ever then how come so much of what we have asked for in the last 5/6 years has actually happened?

- acoustic album
- outtake album
- piano album
- live album
- remix album
- new songs for download
- outtakes for download
- live trax for download
- video for download
- low membership price for club
- pay per download pricing structure
- different prices for members and non-members
- previews/demos of forthcoming material
- access to soundchecks (2002)
- access to after shows (2002)

Sure there is plenty more we want such as 7 nights/performances from the Xenophobia Celebration. Soundboard whole concert/album recordings from a show from each of Prince's tours (well I do). Artwork for download. Vault material (such as original sequence of Dream Factory or perhaps Roadhouse Garden) etc etc

Come on people, things are better than ever and if we give support and constructive feedback this club could be absolutely fantastic!
'I loved him then, I love him now and will love him eternally. He's with our son now.' Mayte 21st April 2016 = the saddest quote I have ever read! RIP Prince and thanks for everything.

I totally agree with you. Matter of fact, you've pointed out something I didn't realize. The club has been responding to member requests. They've lowered the price of the video, albeit temporary, but a response none the less. The members wanted a clear advantage to being a member, i.e. presales, lower cost of downloads to members. They wanted older material re-released. They seem to have responded reasonably well. Me, personally, have been happy with what they've done. If he does something I like, cool, if he does something I don't like, cool. I thought the price of the videos was a little high, but I was going to buy it anyway because I feel the a Prince performance is worth it. Anything I don't feel is worth it, I don't pay for, like basketball shoes. I don't think they're worth $150 or $200. So I don't pay for them.

Come on guys, let's enjoy the ride instead of complaining about the cost of gas.

Anxiety

Actually, "moaning" is welcome at this site. Complaining, whining, whinging, boo-hooing, mewling, caterwauling, screeching, chest-beating, groaning, meowing, whinnying, kvetching, and bitching - all welcome.

What's not welcome is the old "all some people ever do is moan moan moan" song and dance.

If you don't like someone else's opinion, fine. Either state why with an ounce of common courtesy and respect, or simply move on. But none of this "quit complaining" crap. It's getting really tired (actually, it was tired about a year ago), and threads dedicated to such sentiments won't be tolerated on this forum. There will be no "shutting the f@$k up" for so-called "moaners" on this site. Those who wish to pressure other users into suppressing their opinions will kindly be asked to refrain, however.

That said, consider this thread locked.
