Printable I am from Australia and I tried 5 times to enter my credit card info and kept getting the "we can not validate your credit card...please check your details..." I then gave up only to get a phone call from my credit card company checking if I knew of FIVE US$77 transactions!!!!!
They said that I should contact the vendor and get the excess transactions reversed...how the hell do I do that when I can not even log on to the site with the username and password that I entered when they were taking my money??? The years have been kind to me..............................it's the weekends that have done the damage! | |

don't want to be negative or anything but i am glad i did not wake up in the middle of the night to see the "launch" of the website happening. (me being in The Netherlands)

I clicked on System Requirements and got "404 Page Not Found". How do I know the tracks will be offered in a compatible format? (format is not specified, and WMA is NOT mac friendly). I tried with Visa and it was declined - but checking my online statement I think it went through. Have to wait til tomorrow for the details to be assigned to it to be sure - especially as I changed to my Amex and then it went through without a hassle. Anyone else think that it is really unprofessional that there is no mention of how much the membership costs? You have to give your credit card info before you know the fee.
Yes, we all know that it's $77. But the casual fan will probably become frustrated and decline membership due to this simple "oversight". And no, I am not going to join. I just wanted to navigate the site and see the clusterfloobery for myself. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |

Yep not very good really. I think they should have just called this the Beta Version and been open about using us for testing issues. 
I really do think they will address most of the technical glitches and oversights like the one you mention but content (or lack of it) is the thing that this site will live or die on over the next 12 months. For the first day at least I am happy with the content but underwhelmed by the overall "experience". Just somewhere in the middle,

Anticipated a 'crash' at launch so decided to not go on the site until this morning (I'm in the UK) and had no problems signing up, entering details etc. Love the site! The music is great (but YES, WHERE IS C&C??) and the videos of Crimson and Clover is just luscious psychedelic funk! I can't stop watching it over and over. Chocolate Box looks fab but is a tease! Bria has a smoooooth voice, liking it so far.
The videos are awesome, a real treat. I find it works better on my Mac than my PC for some reason, on my PC the videos have terrible lag. Overall looking forward to the future, and really digging MPLSound and the guitar strings - I spent like 10 minutes on that alone!! Enjoy but if you're having problems with the site, just pop back later.  | |

It took me awhile to download the albums using firefox. Everything else went smoothly.... i do get choppy videos though so im hoping that will be fixed. Im not the only one who gets choppy videos. Anyone know how to fix those? maybe its up to the web masters. Not sure... Peace and Love! | |

I click on unlock site and all I get is the ticket stub with the a blank fields. How do you sign up? Maybe the firewall is blocking something and I dont see it. Can someone describe the screens that take you through registration so I will know? | |

Wow, web site made me feel stupid because I couldn't work out how to navigate around it, but now I've got it, I'm impressed!
$7 for the t-shirt though, so instead of $77 it's actually $84 for international customers, and we probably won't get any gigs this year and last I checked the retail copy of the album is like 5 times the Target price over here. SHAFTED! But I still love him, the gimp! |
