The site is everything that we were led to believe it would be - we haven't been lead astray! I tried to avoid all the comments before I had experienced it myself and I love the whole experience. The site looks wicked and i love the little puzzle to get into the site. That part will probably be taken off in time to encourage others to sign up but it was a good challenge for those wanting tickets! I'm using a mac and haven't had one technical difficulty at all. Apart from the fact that I shut the window too early before my credit details logged but thats my fault Didn't matter because it still worked!
The lotusflow3r album music is some of the best music he has released in years and years!! Not so keen on Bria's album but not all this music can be to everyones taste. That's kind of the point though ain't it!? I think everyone need to chill and just enjoy it! So because you've had no problems everyone who has had difficulties should stop complaining?  | |

The fact is that there are people who arent happy with what Prince is doing with his website. No amount of "stop complaining" is going to change that. As much as i love Prince, the whole idea of this website is stupid. Hes automatically excluding : - People who arent hardcore fans - People who cant afford to pay however much it they have to pay just to view the site - People who are curious and might spend some money but arent prepared to make a commitment Its very snobbish, and selfish. Im not familiar with the technical issues with his site as i have no intention to part with money just out of curiosity, but there you go, thats another issue that people have. People who should be getting along are bitching at each other over a website. Its ridiculous. Face it, its a bad idea, and badly done. All that waiting and now you have to pay. Those who do pay become smug and moan at those who cant or dont want to pay, and those who have no technical difficulties moan at those that do. Those who understood right from the start that it was a subscription only site moan at those who didnt quite get it. We all know that Prince does some silly things that piss some people off. Thats the reality. So when someone complains, let them. They have a very good reason to. | |

I wish I could afford the $77.00 but I can't these are hard times since I have been outta work going on 4 months the $77.00 is extra. I will just have to buy the CD's at $12.00 and leave the website alone.  | |

Don't worry--it's best you don't spend the $77. So far, all I have is a t-shirt (supposedly), 3 albums that took 5 times to download and then still wouldn't work (eventually did), A HANDFUL of videos I've seen before and some stupid pictures. All that, for $77...?? Hmmm...so far, it feels like I should have waited for Sunday. Music is good, so far, but not work the $77 unless there is MUCH more to offer. I better get the t-shirt, too...this reminds me of the Crystal Ball mess.. | |
