I got 3 standing tix,or at least the boyfriend did...but I never made a chance...

Now we have to wait and see I guess, i don't expect them to start up before tomorrow again.

Livenation still says that ticketsale is on hold.

A friend of mine had similar problems while trying to get tix for Arcade Fire...

I paid with Visa as well today, surprisingly got no errors.

I have no internet tomorrow for a few hours, so that will suck if they start tomorrow again.

On marktplaats there are people selling their tickets or asking for swap, for reasonable prices.

Just spoke to someone at Ticketmaster. They keep blaming iDeal and 'the banks' and refuse to take any of the blame themselves. Even though they communicated a 'potential problem with payments' before - they are still saying there was no way they could have foreseen this.

Anyway, apparently, only a small portion of tickets was sold, there are still tickets in all sections available and they will "inform us" when these go on sale again - however, no clue when this will be.

Zoals je wellicht al hebt vernomen is er een storing bij iDeal gaande.
Hierdoor kun je problemen hebben ondervonden bij het betalen van je tickets.
Deze storing ligt buiten onze macht en was niet te voorzien.
Daarom voelden we ons genoodzaakt om de voorverkoop tijdelijk stop te leggen.
Zodra er meer informatie is, laten we je dit weten.

And I´d much rather fly out for a Golden Circle than a normal standing ticket. So buying a more expensive ticket does not bother me that much, as it goes hand in hand with a more expensive UK trip.

There are still 7000 tix available they say. Mayby even gc tix. You never know.

There is a conartist at work at different sites.

Trying to sell Golden Circle tickets for 150,- and other tickets.

He sells them per four. Don't buy those.

I would not be surprised if it was a delibirate vicious attack on the system.

Because, at Marktplaats, somebody is getting very rich by selling batches of 4 Golden Circle tickets or 4 field tickets.



So, please, don't buy from marktplaats, and if you already have done that, make sure that you haven't been deceived.


Swindlers know that Prince fans would sell their own mother to go to his concert, and especially when people are all hyped up around the sale, they are vulnerable and easy to cheat on.



So, I hope it will get investigated, and especially the option of a delibirate attack.

That was the worst thing I ever wrote.

Ive just read, 10.000 tickets are already sold. 7.000 left for the reamining sale on may 8th. I find it hard to believe, 10.000 tickets sold in five minutes.

The system didn't break down after 5 minutes... I got different error messages in the ordering-process, until I finally got all the way through the steps at 12:45, and paid my tickets with Visa.. Shortly after that they stopped the sale. I ended up with regular standing tickets, but way better than nothing.. I was close to GC-tickets, but in the step where I should confirm my Visa details, I got the "Error - Go Back" message...
