Thanks! That's helpful. I went to one show in NYC, but I was a little too far for my taste. Saw him in Montreal this Summer (front row!!), so now I think I'll go with the W2A VIP package (but not the tables).

I hope you enjoy and get your money's worth out of the VIP tix. They were too expensive for my taste but I got very good seats to all the shows I went to see, not that far from the stage. The best seats I had were at the last two LA concerts--again loge section, middle of the symbol on the side. At once show, I was the only one standing and dancing in my section at the beginning of the concert when Prince walked over to the piano side and was peering into the audience. I was waving my hands and dancing my ass off and we made eye-contact and he acknowledged me with a wink and a nod while he was trying to get my section to get up off their asses and dance!

Any orgers going to the Vancouver show? TM just put up the Symbol seating chart, but no price points for the different sections. How helpful. :/ I'm hoping to score a floor seat tomorrow. VIP would be awesome, but it's too rich for my blood right now. Floor is good enough for me!

I think I was looking at the toronto, but here is the lowdown no matter the venue.

First of all, Prince plays 80% standing in the center of the symbol, but facing the point of the symbol. Look at the superbowl for reference. So, avoid seats around the "back" or round head of the symbol.

Secondly, the stage is 6 foot high. The front rows of tier one will be level with Prince, the floor seats are low.

Sitting in the VIP tables, you are looking up at 45 degrees to see prince. Sure he is real close, but i found them a little to clinical and low.

The standard floor seats around the point of the symbol give a better view and is great for dancing. The Floor seats around the bulbus end of the symbol are terrible. You are looking up, and Prince rarely goes round there. They should almost be considered restricted view, despite the cost.

You can't go wrong getting a standard seat on the floor or lower sides in the 180 degrees at the pointed end.

If you get to chose the sides, then Prince mostly goes to the "trumpet" side, as the piano occupies the "curl" side. But I have sat in both and they are good.

Most importantly, don't panic. The symbol stage in the middle is large, and in any medium sized area you will get a good view, and most importantly, a good vibe. The stage and lighting are excellent.

The VIP seats are NOT on the floor but on row 3-5 of section 105-107-115 and 117...

This is really amazing how many resale marketplace are going to resell the tickets after tomorrow. They are actually already "on sale" on these websites...but for 2 or 3 times more than the real price !!!

I can't imagine how many people will be connected at 10... included all those conmen...

I will definitely start checking tomorrow by 9.40 am, just to make sure I won't be stuck at the 4th balcony, I've been waiting for so long to finally meet in person the fantasy of my teen years, 23 years of dream finally come true

Live Nation answered me on Facebook regarding prices for Halifax, it's $500 and $300. No details on which sections yet.

I'm dissappointed to see that some sections they indicate as W2C VIP Packages seem to be towards the back of the stage. Makes me think twice about getting the VIP now …and I'm STILL waiting for the details for Halifax :\ Not to impressed right now.

As for Halifax, Thanks for the VIP infos, but I'll have to go with Ottawa for the VIP since I can't access the site for normal tickets on capitaltickets.ca.. I created an account and all but everytime I try to sign in it says error or some weird typos... damn, can't get to the page.

Well, section 103 Row B was $193 each (all-in), so those $250 tickets must be in the floor seats.

Got my London tickets. Section 107 Row R. I could kick myself because I let section 112 Row C go! Had a panic attack. . .

Just got my tickets for November 25th at the ACC! Unfortunately, I got section 119 row 11? Is that alright for viewing?

By all accounts, Prince travels to that side more than the other. So if Prince is your cup of tea, you should be pretty happy over there.

In NY you could select you VIP seats prior to booking. As you couldn't for this show I bit the bullet & booked a table. It's been a dream of mine to take my kids. At least this way i'll know they'll have room to dance.... what bull**** just fell from my mouth... I booked them because I want to lick the mans face...
