Who should open next?

Alright you Prince nerds who should open next?

We need something totally different now

No more soul/jazz blah blah blah

we need it loud and fast dirty and funky!

My vote is for Fishbone...get the crowd really going give a good slap in the face, you need it biggrin

Please remember Prince reads all my post so make it good!

Revolutionary

The Family Stone & Lauryn Hill are playing the same night in close proximity to the venue where Prince is playing- The Meters are also in town Friday Night in SF- I'm surprised no one has mentioned this with everyone clucking...

Got from the Forum to Club Nokia in time to catch the last few Lettuce songs.

Obviously missed Soulive but got to hang out with Alan for a bit.

I'll try and contact Jesse on Monday to see how it went.

Somehow I can't see a rock band opening for Prince. I can see someone like Lenny Kravitz, joining Prince on stage to jam with him though for a few.
