I received it yesterday from ticketmaster NL. after having credit card difficulties buying the festival pass.

I called this at 10:00 sharp and now have tickets for all 3 evenings. Yey !!

They could solve the problem by increasing capacity for example.

North Sea Jazz Festival UPDATE: de technische problemen zijn nog steeds niet verholpen, maar wees gerust, er is nog geen kaart verkocht. Houd de website en deze site goed in de gaten. Er volgt bericht zodra de verkoop hervat wordt. Nogmaals excuses!

I called the 010 number and was connected with Ticketmaster, I ordered, got a reservationnumber and they said they will mail me (they still had my mailaddress from previous orders in their system) within 10 minutes with the confirmation email. I have to pay by Ideal. Waiting now on this email and wondering if this is a next Ticketmobster trick.

Got 4 tickets per concert from ticketmaster (bank is billed, waiting for the mail with the actual tickets...) you need to go through the All-In section!

The phonenumber of the company is found, they are registered so could be legitimate afterall
