just contacted ticketservice client service desk, spoke to a woman, there is a server crash/error all over Europe, so not only in the Netherlands. She assured me it is not possible to buy Prince tickets at all at this moment. So no one is getting through. She did not know how long it would take, and advised me to keep checking the website. So rest assured nobody is getting tickets at this moment.

just got informed that it'll take up to two hours before the site will be working properly again. Tried a ticket-hotline, but they can't book tickets due to ticketmaster being broken down...

I DID get through a couple of times, but I can't get through the process: I HAVE 3-day tickets already, so I only wanna buy the plus-tickets on top, because that was the reason I BOUGHT those 3-day tickets in the first place!

And now the thing is whining that I can ONLY purchase the plus-tickets IN COMBINATION WITH the day-tickets. AAAAAAAAAHHHHhh! I-ALREADY-HAVE-THEM-TICKETMASTER!!!! You have my money, now let be buy!

This is just plain stupid. Phone numer can't be reached, online won't work, their alternative sales points do not know of any tickets, their mail-address is wrong.... Good work, guys! Really!

I managed to get through the a page where i could select the number of tix i want and what section etc earlier but when i clicked on the link to continue and buy the tix fuck all happened! Now all i get is the internal server error.

Yes, I think the same way!!! It is frustrating, but I'm thankful for the info. If no one can get tickets then we do not need to worry!

About 30 mins ago, I actually reached the page where I could choose how many tickets I wanted. Had to pass the test that checks if it isn't a computerprogram that is ordering the tickets, but at that point I was kicked out and can't get in again. Arrrrgghhhh, so close !

Must be a joke, right? I got my Day ticket for saturday as well and just need the plus ticket for the prince show.... They can´t be serious.

I won't be able to attend prince, so i wanted to see if i can help you guys with this (not buying tix for Marco of coursem just checking how far i could go. unfortunately ticketmaster site is completely down.......
