He's probably just doing a private, post-Grammy party or something - and Renato let the cat out of the bag. shrug

The shows in Manhattan were very popular. The New Jersey shows were only half-sold and some of those were bought by scalpers resulting in more empty seats and less merch sales. So I expect that Prince is going to take his time and be careful about scheduling more shows to avoid that happening again.

I hope that LA gets some Purple Love from Prince soon. Hell, I might even take a flight out there to help the Angelino's celebrate!

I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

Prince Throws Grammy Party At New House

From 2005 til 2008, Prince threw legendary house parties, especially after award shows. Last night, it seems those parties are starting up again.

The guest list for Prince’s Grammy Jammy was: Prince, Best New Artist Grammy Winner Esperanza Spaulding, Janelle Monae, Will.I.Am, Dave Chappelle, Lenny Kravitz, India Arie, Cyndi Lauper, Nicole Scherzinger, AJ Calloway, and Shaun Robinson.

Well, there is the guest list. Will details follow?-Dr.FB

Update: PRINCE & Janelle Monae brought the sun up at Prince’s new L.A. dgs…new “California” dates are coming so he WILL be there for a minute…

Prince performing in Oakland Coliseum Arena 21&23 Feb.

We've just got the scoop here at MoQuake that Prince is finally coming to the West Coast and about to announce that he's playing the Oracle Arena (formerly known as the Oakland Coliseum Arena) this coming Monday 21st Feb and Wednesday 23rd Feb.

No ticket details just yet but we do know they go on sale this coming Friday (18th) so stay tuned for more info as we get it.

We hear there's more dates in the area coming soon so don't panic too much if you can't make next week.
