Thanks, I haven't been to a concert since the Musicology Tour...and I was too, too, too... eager, next time, I would get a seat in the 100's or less or even the 200's...I won't be so hungry...but don't get it twisted, I am beyond but keeping it so I can function ...I can't believe I am going but because, a thoughtful & wonderful Orger offered & blessed another person and myself with an unexpected gift of a free airline ticket ...I knew this is what I was praying for or I truly couldn't have come @ all...& I need to go to the concert more than U know. So if my budget is compromised @ this one time I will be wiser in the future...but I so need 2 to get away and I definitely need a Prince Fix...thanks purplemookiebut, 4 Ur input, it was so needed and appreciated, maybe now I can relax, stop feeling guilty and just get my Prince Fix on...U R so appreciated. I just got Section 40 Row F...I'm super excited!!

I am not sure if I Am allowed to say this here but if anyone is still going to the show and you are unable to get these new 'dropped seats' r not getting what you want...I have tickets which I am going to sell and /or return...:

I have 2 in SEC 125 Row F;

and 2 in SEC 91 row H (end seats)...

Both are great seats.

I am tryiing to get TM to take back my 91 seats now, since I did not buy them presale.......but if you are interested you can IM me...

I am selling them just what I paid for them..I will get them to you my cost..

I had 2 tickets for Sec.36 Row B and I just exchanged one of my tickets over the phone to

Section 50 Row A. They only had one ticket for Row A.

They emailed me my ticket. I realized is easier over the phone because I was asking the guy for spesific Sections and Rows and he was telling me what is available.

I'm so excited!

I bought tix on post sale and they mailed them to mail and then when I saw wicked seats coming up yesterday on TM I bought them. I tried to exchange w ticketmaster and they blamed it on that the tickets were produced to call MSG. THen I called MSG and they 'just rent the venue out' one of those deals...

I was able to exchange all my pre-sale December tickets for better seats. Sometimes I had to wait a day until they got clearance from the promoter like BET or Live-Nation, but it always worked.

Two questions were the tickets printed already and who had to get the clearance-MSG or Ticketmaster because I have seen runaround...

Section 21 rows a &B just came up..I spoke to two reps and they both said let's see what they can do and then the phone hung up! ugh!..Is Prince sending vibes to tell me keep my section 125 seats? LOL:-o

Honestly you are better off with section 125.

Section 21 rows A/B is very low...your view might be a bit obstructed by the 6 foot stage and all the shit on it.

In the lower level (loge) Row F has the ledge in front of you. In all the other sections, it's row A.

In the loge, in the rows in front of F (ABCDE), you get cupholders, which is nice.

And you were 100% correct.......

In my case I cannot complain. I got decent seats but I got greedy and kept wanting better ones....I am confident I will sell the other ones...I am SOOOOO happy with my new seats that even if I loose a little I won't cry over the split milk.

Well I am editing to add it does depend on who you speak to . I did just get a full refund on my tix, and I sold one set so now I am fine...You can speak to 5 idiots before you speak to the right person.

Did you end up reaching out to Ticketmaster or MSG direct to exchange your tickets?

Well I had originally called MSG and they were like 'we just rent the place' kind of thing, call Livenation, etc..The runaround. When I called TM the second time and told them I was getting the run around, he stated that they (TM) could have done the refund from the first time I called so he does not know why they did not do it (instead they sent me to MSG since the tix were printed)..

ANYWAY, yes I Called TM and he did refund the entire amount...easily...I did not exchange rather refund...I had 3 sets in total..sold one, keeping one (the upgrade), and refunded the one I exchanged for the upgrade...Hassle but worth my new seats..

I originally had section 203 but decided I wanted the 100s section so I called ticketmaster yesterday got a fantastic rep and got 2 seats in section 125 and paid the difference. I called thinking they wouldn't help but it worked...

That is what I sold- my 125's (where were you when I was looking for a buyer..lol)..but yes they are great seats I thought too...I am now in Sec 85.(I had Sec 91's that I traded for 85)....that is what I traded for...and that was the same price as the 100's..I thought it would be more but it was not..

I too got a sweet rep yesterday..
