Fekkin' Hell. Gold was sold out within a blink of an eye.
Got regular tix though.

What bites me is that on Marktplaats.nl gold circle tix are offered for 250 Euro's by re-seller offices. Those fuckers.

I would travel to any one of these countries for a one off P gig. but not for a festival appearance. Done it many times in the past and to me at least, it never feels like a real gig. hate having to wade through the other acts and the piss heads. And a lot of the time the gigs themselves are short.

Sorry didn't mean to sound negative, P gotta eat (diamonds) so this will no doubt pay for some of his mis doings.

I notice no Ireland gig then P?

lol

In Belgium it's just Prince. And Larry Graham as a support act, but let's not focus on that.

Ok, this worked for me:

Go to teleticketservice.com. Just go to their main page (more events, if you are directed to the Princetix), then log in with your proximus id and password. The e-tix were right there in my 'ticket status', ready to be printed!

When doing this, my order status still reads 'reserved', even though I paid with MasterCard. But after a few nailbiting hours, I now have confidence this will work.

Regarding Larry being all preachy during his concerts...

I went to his concert in Tilburg last monday; just FUNK - "preaching" was limited to one remark that the lyrics of "People" are even more true today than they were when the song was written.

Makes me wonder if the reason for Larry preaching during Prince concerts was actually Prince's, not Larry's initiative...

Btw, most probably the reason for Larry's addition to Werchter Boutique as a support act comes from his current European tour which is getting lots of good reviews (and rightfully so, I can tell you).

it's probably because of all the people in the world that need to be preached at, it's prince fans. he probably looks at the audience at a prince concert and thinks "jesus, please save them!"

120 euros 4 a gold circle ticket is kinda Xpensive....but P needs 2 think of the recession.....if the tix were reasonably priced it would sell out fast.

just my 2 cent...

No I don't think I can either. Bizarrely for me, I don't think its worth the effort. Princes purple magic has dulled in my eyes. For a while anyway. All the shit for the last few months has affected my enthusiasm.

Have fun everyone who is going though!

Congrats to those of you that live in areas he'll actually play a show. Guess I will settle for seeing Roger Waters playing "The Wall" this summer.. at least he's heard of Columbus OH and isn't avoiding the states except for 2 cities. Some people just don't have the means to spend hundreds on tickets and hundreds more on travel..

Hi all. Don't post here often but some of you might remember me from the npg chatroom many moons ago wink

I'm have major problems with my laptop (need a new fan) and it keeps crashing every five minutes. Do you have a telephone number to book for Wercheter? Missed out on gold circle tickets obviously sad Is the gig all seated? Or is it standing on the pitch? Cheers.

PS.I live in the UK for the person who asked earlier. He hasn't played here since 2007

I ordered tickets this morning and just logged in to see the status (to see if they received the payment) and the box where Prince was is now empty eek is anyone else having this problem? At 12am it was still 'reserved'
Edit: also still no confirmation e-mail. I have had many problems with the service provided by Fortis in recent history but I used two visa's from 2 different banks so it can not be their fault. I am a bit nervous because the same problem occured last year with Montreux, which caused me a lot of trouble getting tickets confused
