I got into work today, and clicked on a local website (in Cleveland, Ohio) called PAWS (Public Animal Welfare Society). PAWS takes in stray cats and dogs, and the animals live with "foster parents" until a good home can be found for them. PAWS is the organization where I recently adopted my kitty Fluffy.

Anyway, I log onto there today as I usually do to check things out. What's nice about PAWS is that on their website, they have a picture of all the animals that are up for adoption, their name, age, and a little bit about their personality.

I busted out laughing when I clicked on the "Adopt a Pet Link", because a picture came up of a cat named "Prince". He is one of the "featured" cats that is currently on the PAWS website, the "featured" animals page changes often.

Here is picture of Prince, he sure is a handsome fella. It would be cute to adopt him just because of his name alone, but I already have two kitties and really don't have room for any more.

I just had to share this, since I just went to a Prince concert recently, and found it funny that a website that I like a lot now has a cat available for adoption that has the same name as my favorite singer.

This one is very cute apart from...now I know that cats' eyes don't react great to cameras a lot of the time but this one looks a bit, well, fucking scary.

*lol* just teasin' ya ~ I know it's far too easy to just say "go get him" and so much harder to take on the responibility of another pet. Prince is a cute kitty though!!
