I still cannot control exactly what occurs within my dreams, although I can control my awareness of such vividness and how often they occur. For me, I feel, I was subconsciously fearful of violence, especially while I was asleep (a very realistic reality). In the past five years, I stopped watching the News/T.V., limiting the horrible images that I am already aware of in my concious mind. I realize reality, and I also believe... that everything we see, we hear does inevitably become a part of our being, whether we are consciously/subconsciously aware. As I have mentioned... I see enough in my awakening days and they all play a part of who I am and become... although I feel I do not need anymore unneccesary influence that the media brings. I just went off on a tangent...  , although I would love to learn how to have more control over my dreams.  I so agree, Julie! What goes in must come out. I limit and always have, my intake of violence. I do not have nightmares. I truly believe that in part this is why. | |

i think it meant he was poisoned whilst drinking kool aid at a young tender age...prolly grape flavor | |

Another time I realized I was dreaming when I was trying to get away from someone and I walked right through a wall. dream edit

I used to date someone who was really good at this. Tought
me how to control dreams and more specifically nightmares. Especially returning nightmares. And it works. You just have to force yourself to become aware of the fact that you are sleeping and that your mind is simply playing tricks on you. I used to have this messed up dream about being chased in some huge empty building by a psycho with a gun. And I was always running running running until I woke up scared shitless and sweating. Through what we talked about I learned to control that dream and ended up carrying a gun myself in that dream, turning around and shooting a hole into the guys skull. The dream stopped that night and I've never had it since. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |
