ATTN 2FREAKY AND OTHER FANS OF THE BUNGLES AND BROWNIES. IF YOU ARE A DOPER, GOOD NEWS!

https://www.cnn.com/2020/...index.html

Browns and Bengals fans don't fear -- help may soon be here. But it's not the franchise savior you've been dreaming of.

The State Medical Board of Ohio is officially considering a petition that asks Cleveland Browns or Cincinnati Bengals fandom be considered a qualifying condition to legally obtain medical marijuana.

Seriously.

The board held an open submission period on the state's website from November 1 to December 31, and there were 28 submissions for potential new qualifying conditions filed electronically.

Most of the submissions dealt with medical illnesses like Epstein-Barr, PTSD and depression. But there was also this: "Bengals/Browns Fans."

Tessie Pollock, chief communications officer at the State Medical Board of Ohio, confirmed that the proposed condition is being considered to CNN.

<snip>

It may seem like a joke. But Pollock said whoever submitted the affliction did quite a bit of work to get it there.

The only cure is a paperbag lol

Sounds like Bungles and Brownies fans might need a Laramie Tunsil Gas Mask(TM).

its not like Brees just randomly had a bad game... the Vikings d-line caused that... Danielle Hunter and Everson Griffen were in his face and on his back with pressure all day long.. people acting like the Saints lost the game, and the Vikings defense (and Kirk Cousins) didnt WIN it... to hold the Saints to 20 points (3 off a turnover;1st drive) in New Orleans, is outstanding...Vikings also controlled time of possession with good D and a solid running game.. [Edited 1/7/20 9:16am]

I'm tired of hearing how Brees tender with the Saints is in Jeopardy now. Shit he had a great year and broke records. Not sure if it's just sports writers creating unwanted drama. If that was the case 31 QB's job every year would be in jeopardy for not winning the superbowl.

Brees still has it... if somehow his tenure in N.O. is up, theres about 20-25 NFL teams that would fire their current starter to get Drew Brees.. he just ran into an inspired team...Zimmer's Vikings teams have always played well against the Saints...Vikings and Saints have played each other so many times over the last decade, whether regular season Monday Night games, preseason games or playoffs...it seems like theyre division rivals...plus Zimmer and Sean Payton are best of friends since back when Zimmer was the defensive coordinator and Payton was offensive coordinator on Bill Parcells' Cowboys staff

We've already beaten them once in KC this year. Here's hoping we can do it again!

WTF? Hyperbolic, what about game do we not understand?

lol What does that even mean?

Anyway, this league is called the Not For Long for a reason. Like all SB victories, they'll never be taken away from the Saints. But the recent playoff woes now dominate the conversation. Just as it has with the Packers and their HOF QB who won a title a decade ago.

Hell, you Saints fans didn't let the rest of us forget what happened last year. Hence my point.

Finding a reason to negate a 2009 SB win is what I mean.

What happened last year caused the NFL to change a rule. Fans didn't do that - coaches were on board - could have happened to any team. Same players, different laundry anyway.

O'Brien was 30 minutes away from losing his job until JJ Watt saved his ass and the Texans season. As with Mike D'Antoni, I don't trust O'Brien in big games. If Houston comes out flat against KC, it'll be over quick.

Joe Judge talks like a young Bill Parcells...complete with the classic Philly/New Jersey accent...especially the way he defiantly says "OKAYYY??.." to emphasize a point, after he says some tough guy stuff...Parcells ALWAYS did that...and so did Judge's mentor Bill Belichick.

I hope he realises how much work he has to do...the Giants have been a dumpster fire since 2012. Ownership has lost its way and the GM has had more misses than hits.

The Titans are physical and don't mind playing 'ugly'. I think this game will be very close.

Dang! How about AJ Hinch? Is he a Houston manager/coach that you DO have confidence in? smile

But yeah, I'm not a giant O'Brien fan. He's good but not great.

Kansas City has lost something like 7 out of the last 8 playoff games they've hosted. And we're a 10-point underdog?

I don't bet on sports but that's one bet I'd be tempted to take.

Meanwhile, I'll be rooting for A.J. Brown and D.K. Metcalf in Tennessee and Seattle, respectively. Hotty Toddy!

Credit goes to John Lynch, and the amazing job he did rebuilding that team. That defense is nasty and physical, like it was under Harbaugh.

They sure did. This is the playoffs, so we never really know how things will go. Especially since the Niners sometimes let teams hang around a little too long for comfort. However, now, they look pretty damn dangerous.

Personally, next week, i hope they play Green Bay. I'm kind of bored of the rivalry between them and Seattle.

Also, and this is off topic, I'm still dumbfounded as to why(and how) San Francisco let the 49ers move away from the city. I don't want to speak ill of the departed, but Ed Lee(along with Gavin Newsom and other city officials) really messed that one up, big time.

Anyways. Go Niners!

Rest in Peace Bettie Boo. See u soon.

I,too, hope the 49ers get to play Green Bay next week. You are right.....the Seahawks/49ers rivalry thing has become boring.I wanna mix it up and start a new rivalry, lol.

At first,I was mad about the 49ers leaving San Francisco.I loved Candlestick. But now, after several years later,I'm starting to really like Levi Stadium. It's close to where I live and it's now starting to feel like the 49ers "home".I guess winning games plays a big part in that, lol.
