To me, sweet potato pies were easier to make than pumpkin pies because I could simply bake the sweet potatoes to a soft texture and then mix in the traditional pumpkin pie spices, some brown sugar and vanilla and bake it again.

Pumpkin pie but it has to sugar free or low sugar for the diabetics. And also lite or no sugar whip cream too.
