Yep they show a lotta penises most are uninteresting. But Kat's storyline is getting to me. After seeing Nate beatdown that guy, I will not stomach him meeting up with Jules, the channel will be changed I won't be able to handle that much helplessness. And Rue's little taste of fentanyl. Every envelope is being dumped off the table. Its good the acting is stellar the subject matter is frightening though. Especially with hs kids.
I agree with you. The interpersonal and psychological dynamics are much more interesting than the penis fest . i did forget about the unsolicited and solicted part. I actually found that f-ng hilarious, that was educational. I thank them for that bit of public service. Unfortunately that only covers the 1 percent Time keeps on slipping into the future...

Stranger Things 3 (2019) I binged watched over the weekend, and that end credit scene left me at Also Dustin and Suzie are the cutest screen couple on Netflix, and now I can't get Neverending Story (1984) by Limahl and Beth Anderson out of my head. I give this series a 4.5 out of 5

Too Old to Die Young E1-3 on Amazon Prime. Great acting so far. William Baldwin has a great cameo. This is weird moody series, but compelling thus far and the pacing may be slow for some, but I liking it so far. Fosse/Verdon (2019) Great series about the this iconic couple who changed the face of Broadway and later film musicals eg. Sweet Charity (1969), Cabaret (1972) and All That Jazz (1979). Both Rockwell and Williams gave amazing performances, however, my only gripe was in episode 8 where they didn't mention any of Gwen's later tv and film roles for eg, in Cocoon (1985), Magnum, PI (1985-88) and Marvin's Room (1996) etc....it wasn't all about Fosse! So for a series that was suppose to give Gwen her proper due, they dropped the ball which I found annoying. Nevertheless, I give this a 4 out of 5

I've seen an episode or 2 of this, she reminds me so much of a young Shirly MacLaine.

I, Claudius (1976)
One of the greatest television productions of all time with a legendary cast. Before there was Game of Thrones, Rome, Deadwood , etc., there was this epic. I highly recommend it.
indeed. it's still one of my favourite series of all time. especially in this day and age with all the special effects and huge production budgets, it's wonderful to watch this 'simple' series which almost feels like a hybrid between tv and theatre, and be amazed by just how effective and engaging it is.
i've rewatched it every few years since i first learned about it in 1990. it's about time to give it another spin, i think so thanks for the reminder, namepeace

Fleabag - Season 2
I liked this much better than the first season which I felt needed the finale to put the entire series in the proper perspective. Now that it's more clear where all the characters are coming from, it made viewing much more enjoyable. And the ending was near perfect--continuing the series isn't necessary. Although, at six half-hour episodes per season, it flies by a little too fast. 4.5/5

Indeed. It was innovative for its time and found a way to be the best of both TV and theatre.

I re-watch it every July and August, which seems fitting.

This is one crazy ass show, but nevertheless intriguing. I love the diverse cast. The acting is top notch. Anyone watch it yet?

Deadwood - Season 2
I rate this season slightly less than excellent because I think the series suffers when Ian McShane's character, Al Swearengen is incapacitated. 4.5/5
