To get into a decent school, get my bachelor's in anthropology, and keep going until I become Dr. Rhonda.

Then, I will go to work with my shovel. biggrin

Short-Term: Get that car; gain five pounds of muscle; clean all of my windows, inside and out; have an "outing" with my children once a month, read Fountainhead.

Long-Term: Learn to give more of my time to my friends, learn to view myself differently than what I do, learn to have more patience, learn the art of not holding grudges and maybe speak to people that I haven't spoken to in many years.

I recently achieved two of my goals for my college career - getting accepted to King's College (London) and getting accepted into the creative writing concentration!

The c.w.c. was giving me fits because it is EXTREMELY competitive (1 in 4 make it in, and nobody ever makes it in on their first try). This means that I will be studying literature for the rest of my undergraduate degree but instead of concentrating on British/American/comparitive lit, I will be able to take classes and write fiction for the rest of my time in SC!

yay!

I am floating on cloud nine.

Anyhow, I want to eventually get married, maybe have some kids. But more importantly, get my PhD in lit and teach at the university level! Oh and I want to get some of my fiction (short stories) published.
I mean, like, where is the sun?
