At what point (In your opinion) do you believe that it is time for an individual to get a shrink? Or perhaps a whole room full of them?

Not all of 'em. Some of 'em will go the therapy route. It depends on the severity of the problem, and the therapist him/herself. But if you don't want to take medicine, and/or only want that as a last resort, make it clear that you want to exhaust every other option first.

I truly understand those who don't want to go on medication. America seems to be the most medicated society in the world. A damn pill for everything.

I know a guy who claims there are secret cameras and sound devices hidden in the walls of his house watching him...he has had professional people come and sweep his walls and ceilings with some kinda radio frequency dealios...nothing ever found...I always tell him he needs to see a shrink but he says he doesn't wanna seem crazy...
