who is now in heaven...LIFE IS PRECIOUS PLEASE DON'T WASTE IT.

You landed on the planet with nothing really to bare...
You never had alot of money, yet I still never seemed to care...
I promised you at least five years, and that I remained to truth...
Until the day I moved along, and you had more room to move...
Upon venturing forward your treasures came to your realm...
My prayers were answered "take care of him" while Im making my life myself...
I watched you grow from poor to rich in a year...
And I smiled all the while, knowing that GOD is everywhere...
However, on this day, I found you took your life in vain...
I wonder if I could have saved it, then again..your life is in GOD's hands...
Im glad we had the moments of being closer than most...
Now I See your reflection walking with the Holy..Most...
TO all that I remember, in a heartbeat of a life...
My friend of nourishment then...will allways be a guiding hand.

SingMia, out of all your writings posted here, this poem touches me the most. It's amazing that our lives on earth can be taken from us in an instant. And for many, it's difficult to deal with the fact that it's out of our control. Thank you for posting that, and I hope everything is well with you, and your friend's loved ones.

i realized this today.


i worked a night shift, and had only been asleep for an hour and a half when i received a call from work that 2 of one of my boss's kids had been in a really bad car accident last night. they were both pretty badly injured, though it could have been worse for them. the driver of the other car was killed.


the thing is, the kid who was driving has been a constant fuck-up from the time he was about 15 on. he is the epitome of a "wasted life." i'm hoping this incident will turn him around. but it's hard to say. he's not that bright, but i hope for the best for both he and his sister in their recovery.

All hail to the good life we'll be living soon...
