I don't think so Lisa. If your body is seeking nourishment, then perhaps a one-off will do the trick, but it's doubtful any length of time of 'sex without love' will be positive. For me my soul needs as much nourishment as my body and without emotional attachment the spiritual dimension of it all is restrained and becomes confused with lack of identity. I do think men however, find it much easier. I think Woody Allen once said "Sex without emotion is an empty gesture."

I think that women are to emotional, they will end up getting their feelings involved. Where as men have this amazing way of detaching themselves emotionally and can just have the physical aspect. If a woman is sexual with a man it is because she finds an attraction there. I dont think a woman would be sexual with someone she didnt have chemistry with, otherwise whats the point? Men on the other hand... I dont think they need that chemistry, they see it as fulfilling a need.
