I love butter, but I doubt they really need it and I was trying to do everything with the minimum of fuss. I was thinking, though, that I might have a handful of the cheapo Tesco mixed frozen veggies (tiny diced carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower, and peas) in there fried up too. I'll just get a modest portion out of the freezer the night before and then in the morning fry them in butter, then add the bacon, and do the eggs separately. I could put paprika and some other seasoning on the veggies to make them smokey and more cooked-breakfasty. I don't need variation (and never get bored with fried eggs and/or bacon anyway) so I think that's what I'll have every day while I'm over there. Simple! As far as I know, with 0% bodyfat you're dead (unless you didn't mean that literally). I think bodybuilders go down to 4-5% for their shows and it's not at all healthy.
