It's a trick question designed to get people to name three of the days not listed in the word problem in a row, when in fact, they are still not consecutive.

Or, according to the internet, Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, which still makes it a trick question given the words they use as an example in the problem.

I found it written like this...

Can you name three consecutive days without using the words Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday?

...which makes the previous answer make more sense.
